Here are a few frequently asked questions.

1. Why cheesecakes? Why not cupcakes?

Well, for our wedding, I got 4 or 5 springform pans. And what else can you do with those than make cheesecakes. I started experimenting with baking them about 7 years ago...mostly for family. And when they raved about how good they were, I figured I might have hit on something. Besides...everyone does cupcakes.

2. Why don't you ship?

If you wanna pay upwards of $40 on just shipping, I will happily do it. But since most people aren't willing to do that, I stick with local. Move here and I will drop one by for free, how 'bout that!

3. Why are some cheesecakes "she" and some "he"?

Well, at the risk of making my mother blush and try to shush me...the boys have nuts...the girls don't.

4. What if I want a combo....do you do that?

Certainly. There is just a $5 charge per extra flavor.

5. What if I only want to buy a slice...can you do that?

Yes. Its $6 for a nice, fat, delicious, make you wanna take a nap after slice....and it comes in its own container, wrapped up all pretty.
